All Kirat people and Kirat organizations and Kirat communities must BEAWARE and Careful on this matters of making New Nepali constitution of Nepal.

Kirat and indigenous people must get top priority and special Rights or Special beneficial reserve quotas in
(1) Reserve Quotas for Scholarship in higher education (Doctor, Engineer, Research PhD etc).
(2) Reserve quotas and guarantees for government employments
(3) Must include kirat language in Nepali education systems and teach kirat languages.
(4) Must re-write Nepali history and kirat history and teach in Nepali education systems.

I would like to add some points here

Government must provide Reserve quotas to indigenous and kirati people thru new constitution and law. No more dirty game or cheating to indigenous people.

(5) Reserve vacancy quotas in Political participation and political leadership roles
(6) Reserve vacancy quotas in government ministry high level positions
(7) Reserve vacancy quotas in Parliament members
(8) Reserve vacancy quotas in indigenous representative (nation's ambassadors positions).

Shah, Rana and Chettris-Bahuns regime put indigenous people in dark prison for 100 years or more which is the main causes indigenous people far behind in education, employment, social and political participation. We can not do Free competition with too claver, corrupted and selfish chettris-bahuns.
